Tammy Broaddus

Tammy is CEO and Managing Principal at Overflow who helps changemakers create stories and experiences to get ideas adopted. The biggest problem with innovation is not discovering it, but getting others to adopt it. Overflow's multidisciplinary approach leverages strategic story, experience design and creative production to keep the story at the center and make impact - launching new ideas, propelling movements, and ultimately, shifting perceptions. Tammy specializes in strategy, marketing, organizational change and corporate learning. Prior to Overflow, she operated her own consulting practice and has twenty years of cross-functional experience as an executive at Hallmark Cards. She holds a master’s degree in Education from Kansas University and a bachelor's in Marketing from Truman State University.
