I joined The Bonadio Group in 2016 as an audit partner in the Commercial Division. My experience includes serving clients of all sizes and in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer, technology, software and telecom. My clients have included several large multinational Fortune 500 public companies as well as numerous privately-held and publicly-traded companies ranging from start-up to well-established mid-to-large sized companies. Over my career I have dealt with various accounting issues, including complex revenue recognition, complex financial instruments, derivatives, debt offerings, initial public offerings and registrations, business combinations, impairment assessments, restructuring actions, restatements and fraud matters. In addition to accounting and auditing, I have also played a very active role in employee training, development, and mentoring programs. Additionally, my experience includes developing firm attest policies and procedures and leading the quality control function. My professional background includes 14+ years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the assurance practice of the Rochester office and 6+ years at EFPR Group, LLP as an attest partner and quality control partner in their Rochester office.Specialties: Auditing, accounting and reporting, technical accounting and consulting, mergers & acquisitions, internal control assessment and remediation and SEC reporting requirements I have a great passion for the work I do and the enjoy building long-lasting relationships with my clients and colleagues.
