Choosing to join 11 Recruitment was a no brainer for me back in 2007. Little did I know how much the recruitment industry would become a part of who I am. After an extremely successful few years I moved to London to travel and to explore a marketing career. On my homecoming there was never a question whether I would be returning to 11’s dedicated and enthusiastic team again. As Divisional Manager at 11, I look at recruitment as a consultative business relationship. I specialise in short listing white collar professionals who meet a predetermined selection criteria, not only on a skill level but most importantly that they fit the company culture. My aim is that my clients interview applicants who live up to their expectations on paper and in person.
