As Quality For Health Co-ordinator at Voluntary Action Calderdale I support organisations to demonstrate the high quality of the health and wellbeing services they are delivering – through undertaking Quality For Health. From initial registration to awarding the quality mark following assessment, I get to work with a wide range of groups and organisations who provide a variety of health and wellbeing services, in a marketplace that is increasingly reliant on them. It is fascinating to learn about the important work these organisations do and how important their services are to the local communities they serve. I am always pleased to hear how Quality For Health has helped them to recognise what they are doing well and make a commitment to continuous improvement.
