Tanaya Greer Meaders

Tanaya Greer Meaders leads innovation pathways with extensive clinical executive and regulatory awareness across a continuum of industries. As an experienced clinician and consultant, Tanaya averages more than 15 years of healthcare/industry leadership, a decade of directing healthcare organizations/institutions/ASC/outpatient/office based labs, as well as, partnering with medical device/IT companies.Her career pathway includes roles at Rampart IC, Red Sparrow Consulting, Medical Innovation Labs, Corindus Vascular Robotics, Hansen Medical, The University of Georgia – Clinical Research and Translational Unit, along with several medical institutions throughout the Southeast USHer academic career includes The University of Georgia and The Medical College of Georgia where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Tanaya holds a current RN licensure with the state of Georgia and a CNOR certification. She is a member/leader of several professional associations including: ICARN (International Association of Clinical Research Nurses), SEMDA (Southeast Medical Device Association), ANA (American Nursing Association), GSCA (Georgia Society of Ambulatory Surgery Centers), AORN (Association of periOperative Registered Nurses), and ASCA (Ambulatory Surgery Center Association).
