I offer 5+ years of supporting key HR initiatives and providing solutions for employee relations, organization development, performance management, workforce planning and talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning. I have supported the design and initiative planning that served to advance the agenda of the function and ensured that we have strong processes and policies in place to attract, develop and retain the talent and capabilities needed to meet business objectives. I have supported effective employee relations within the team by advising on the appropriate deployment of HR and compliance policies and the development of a culture of positive employee engagement. I have managed and executed all aspects of HR including Compensation, Employment, New Hire Orientation, Benefits, Training, Safety and Health, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Labor Relations. Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to coordinate labor relations activities including contract interpretation and grievance administration, handling complaints, settling disputes, resolving grievances and conflicts, and conducting internal investigative procedures.
