Over 30 years of experience with the Department of the Defense, Department of the Navy in both a contractor and civilian capacity. Skill set includes but not limited to a full- range of customer service, supervisory and leadership skills in the area of business administration, human resources, financial management and program management. Graduate of the NAVAIR Leadership Development Program, NAVAIR Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Plan, manage and partner in an Integrated Program Team construct for NAVAIR's Recruiting and Retention Program, a very high visibility program within the Command that involves competency and hiring managers engaged in the process of recruiting, hiring and retaining a diverse, quality workforce. Manage program budget and execution to ensure opimization of program dollars while enabling a competitive cost per hire for the Command. Serve as human resources technical expert by participating on interview panels where key personnel vacancies exist, recommend promotions, training and developmental needs for key recruitment personnel, administer personnel complaints and issues and take corrective actions where necessary, oversee, plan and implement strategic recruitment initiatives for numerous recruitment programs to include the recruitment for the Engineer and Scientist Development Program, The Acquisition Development Programs, Individuals with Disabilities Recruitment, Wounded Warriors and Experienced Professionals Recruitment.
