I've been on the Invisible Partners journey from the early days. Now a few years in, my focus is 100% on engaging those who are at the key point of making a career move. It can be an uncertain time moving employers, whether by choice or by finding yourself on the job market unexpectedly. My approach is to start by understanding YOU, your drivers and land on what you need from your next move. By understanding that first, then I can ensure that I provide genuine counsel and support through the process of moving work homes. Bold I know, but we work with such a wide array of clients, most of which we're embedded with as an extension of their team and we only say yes to those who we know we're able to advocate for - as in, shout from the roof tops about.
