Tania Rorke

My name is Tania Le Pan-Rorke and I am applying for the vacant position at your company. I graduated from the Rand Afrikaans University in April 2003, and obtained my LLB degree. I have completed my articles and I was admitted on 22 Aug 2005 as an attorney. I believe I am perfect for this position as my experience is vast and my willingness to do what is necessary to reach set goals is admirable. I am a problem solver by nature and I will not rest until all problems are resolved. I have been in collections for most of my career for which I have a flair. I know and understand the NCA as well as the CPA, which is important from a collections perspective. I have worked in an Operational Area for eight years as the in various departments, where I built all the processes for the quality area. I contributed to building the processes for the claims as well as the call center and administration areas within the Operations Spectrum. I contributed to ensuring that new systems were implemented within Operations area with ease. Training was a part of my portfolio and I am a qualified ETDP practitioner. I have built the processes for Client Services and Claims Management. I also handle all complaints that come through the Operations area. I am also very familiar with the TCF principles and built that into our processes for the complaints area. I am very customer orientated and I believe that excellent customer service is what distinguishes any company and creates a competitive edge. I have also written and passed the Representatives exam for FAIS and I wrote the Key Individuals exam for FAIS on the 5th of December 2012. I have completed my Post Graduate diploma in Business Management in 2015. I am an ambitious and hardworking individual who would take the initiative in any situation. I am a natural leader but can work as part of a team. If you do appoint me I know it can be a win-win situation for both parties.
