I love Healthcare Quality and Performance Improvement. Achievement of clinical quality excellence has been the driving goal and passion for the entirety of my career. For more than 10 years I have worked in various roles and at vastly different scopes, scales, and settings. It is my greatest professional pride to state that I was able to create the collaboration, engagement, and empowerment necessary to make things measurably better for our patients at each and every one. I am a dynamic leader and passionate educator with outstanding communication and strategic collaboration skills. I turn data into actionable objectives, implementation plans, and maintain sustainability. I am adept at engaging and guiding internal and external customers through the change process and pathway to organizational excellence. More important than any skill or certification that I hold are my core beliefs. I believe that every customer deserves safe, high quality care and I believe that every single person working in my facility in any capacity is a patient care provider. Let’s change things.
