Tanner Brewster

I was born into a family passionate about home construction and design. My mother is a builder and home remodeler, and as a child we built a new home every couple of years. By the time I was a teenager, I knew my way around a construction site and understood the basic innerworkings of a home.My father is a home appraiser and I assisted him with his work growing up. I would help measure and draw floor plans, take photos, help with accounting, update him on new technology, and help file his paperwork and keep the office organized.I started working for Stylecraft Builders the summer I was 16 years old. I started out copying and creating blueprints for every home Stylecraft was building. When I wasn’t doing blueprints, I was helping in the warehouse, unloading material and organizing items we had in there.In 2004 I became the Warehouse Manager for Stylecraft Builders. I held this full-time job while still working at Kroger and being a young father. As the Warehouse Manager I was in charge of placing orders for various building materials, then unloading the shipments when they arrived. In additions to that, I maintained the exterior appearance of our inventory homes and ran errands for various items our office needed. It was a lot to juggle, but that season of my life refined me to be the person I am today.I was the Warehouse Manager for four years before I was promoted to the Online Sales Executive, the position I still hold today. In my current role, I have been able to vastly grow my knowledge and experience in new home sales, marketing, and online communications. When I started as the Online Sales Executive we were building around 190-200 homes. Today we are building over 700+ homes a year in over 29 communities, in 13 cities across Central Texas! 2019 Gold Award Honors for top Online Sales Specialist Team of the Year in the United States.
