Human resource background includes but not limited to benefits administration, policies and procedure, payroll, 401k plan administrator, organizational audits, new employee orientation, recruiting, hiring, training, staff development, and reviews. Proven record of corporate success with proving accurate financial statements to include successful completion of a DCAA system review audit and SOX compliance, increasing employee retention and benefits, production efficiency, and reducing corporate expenses. Several years of conversion to new accounting system implementations. Industries include but not limited to, Property Management, New Development Construction, Trade Construction, Non-Profit, and Government Contracting.
