My name is Tara Johnson, for more than ten years I have helped companies grow as a business driver, sales champion, and client advocate. In a business environment my greatest satisfaction comes from growing a business to a level unimagined by the organization. Whether it’s guiding a sales cycle from start to finish or developing an optimized client solution through hands-on business initiatives, I believe that effective strategies are achieved through a creative, differentiated approach. I have more than 10 years’ experience in client-facing roles in sales and new business development. Throughout my career, I have mastered a dynamic and diverse skill set that allows me to help teams reach new levels of success. I truly listen to my clients to understand their concerns and often assist them in identifying the specific pain points that hold them back from growth. I then present tailored solutions to meet their needs and address the issues at their root causes. As an Account Manager, I help to deliver real value to a client while developing the confidence necessary to read a client’s situation, understand the factors that impact the client’s buying power, and stand beside that client to advocate for the best possible solution.
