I am an advocate for metrics that support quality, and removing check boxes that are checked only for the sake of checking. Staying positive and goal focused as a leader has also allowed me to ensure the engagement and support of my team as we navigate through change management and shifting business priorities. As a leader I strive to build a culture of accountability, and in return I show up by example and commit to department processes that furthers our business goals and places the highest value on outcomes and results. My strengths include communicating at all levels of an organization, building strong partnerships, decision making, and influencing through persuasion and data where I lack authority. I am adept at assessing talent, managing team performance and building TA teams that align to business growth strategies.
