I am a fortunate individual that had the opportunity to live in South Africa (dual citizenship with ireland) for the past 6 years. In 2017 I found my true passion and career path in Data. With only Food and Beverage experience and certification, I was excited about the new challenge. With no experience in admin I soon realised that my goal in life was to ensure I upskill myself with a well put together personal development plan for growth in better things. My goals and ambitions include completing courses in SQL, Power BI and Tableau, something I am hopeful to complete in the near future. Throughout my career, I have contributed to positive business results through effective Organization, Innovation, prioritization and follow through. I have gained extensive experience and skills in: • Process mapping (Project development) • KPI reporting & Tracking• Analytic skills • Microsoft product suite include Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio • Salesforce CRM I worked within the Management Information Support Department as a Manager where i strived to be efficient and effective. My direct input, knowledge and understanding of systems played an integral role in managing a complex database with a specific focus on reporting and change implementation. My experience in data management covered many areas but specifically included new customers (Leads), and existing customers (Renewals). I have confidence in cleansing datasets and use my knowledge to mitigate against data degradation by suggesting policies and procedures that support company's use of data to generate and keep revenue by reducing leakage. In my everyday life outside of work I am a mother to two wonderful boys and a dedicated wife. I spend the majority of my free time with them travelling and trying new things, while trying to set the best example I possibly can for them. We have chosen a new start here in Ireland and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss any queries further. I feel my innovative mindset will only add value to any business and in due course I would become an asset to the organization.
