I have been a Medic/Health Care Specialist in the Army since 2000. I worked as an Industrial Hygiene Technician/Health Specialist since 2007 as a technician working for the Department of Defense. I am a certified CPR Instructor for both American Heart Association (AHA) and for the American Red Cross. I have my license for Asbestos Building Inspector. I have worked in the medical field for going on 14 years. I have been in a leadership position within my unit since 2008 in charge of ensuring that all the medics maintain their EMT certifications. I am in charge of scheduling continuing educations classes, teaching CPR, scheduling with other locations in order to get medics hands on medical skills. I am apart of the Training Site Faculty for the Medical Simulation Training Facility (MSTC) at Camp Atterbury. I teach CPR instructor courses for the MTN (Military Training Network)- affilitated with AHA. I perform Industrial Hygiene Surveys for maintenance facilities within the state of Indiana. I currently work as a Critical Care Communications Specialist for LifeLine in Indianapolis.
