I am a Software Architect / Team Lead at Siemens with a total experience of 10+ years. My expertise is in application development using Microsoft .NET (DotNet) technologies. I enjoy writing code, and strive to write clean code with a focus on testability. In my current role, I'm leading a team of 7 to regularly deliver features to TIA Portal, an industrial automation product offering from Siemens, in an Agile SCRUM environment. My responsibilities include providing design support, assisting team members daily in realizing requirements, reviewing all code to ensure quality of design, and identifying non-functional requirements (NFRs) and ensuring they are met. It is also my responsibility to improve the overall technical competency of the team. In addition, I assist the Product Owner in requirements elicitation and grooming / refinement, also identifying architecturally significant requirements and developing prototypes to evaluate feasibility. I also support the organization by conducting job interviews regularly. My colleagues would describe me as a driven and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, and as someone who is always calm and maintains a positive attitude, even when faced with adversity.
