Strong knowledge and experience in Execution, Civil, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Sequence of works, Process and Controls, Associated balance of plant electrical and mechanical works with fair knowledge of civil works. Supervising all project/site activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction, Developing and implementing Method statements and Field Quality Plans in line with the customer requirement and system requirement. Preparing techno-commercial enquiries to contractors civil, mechanical, electrical, Instrumentation along-with Scope, BOQ, terms & Condition in coordination with various stakeholders. Conduct tests and organize all activities regarding the Quality control plan. Planning and implementing Cost Optimization Proactive, Display Sense of Urgency, Killer Instinct, result oriented approach, Collaborative, Team Player, and Adaptive. Site Opening, Site Setup, Closeout 1 Preparation and implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures for Civil,Structural and Finishing Work. 2 Monitor policies and procedures and report any areas where improvement is required 3 Assist the Project/Construction/Interior Managers in reviewing the contractors specific quality plans and produce recommendations 4 Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA or QC issues, in coordination with Construction Manager/Consultant/Department Head 5 Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site. 6 Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. 7 Coordinate with the contractors representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
