Consultancy owner with a focus on Communication and Organisational Development. Ritzau.biz develops and implements programmes for public and private sector organisations in English, Danish & Swedish. Our goal is to develop organisations on their own premises : using anthropologic methodology we aim to understand first, and then proceed - together. Areas of expertise: Organisational development, leadership development, conflict management, teamwork, distributed teamwork, merge processes, corporate culture, communications design, IT-based communication, change management, personal development, assessment, recruitment. As of 2011 ritzau.biz opted to undertake development and implementation of workflow support systems with a focus on real-time data collection, delivery and response where none were available in the market. In particular, we have developed technologies and designs for frontline workflows catering to garbage collectors, healthcare workers, mechanics, nurses and doctors. We continue to broaden our scope as organisations develop to embrace these new technologies and designs.
