I've had the opportunity to work in many roles during my career, but my favorite space so far has been recruitment marketing and communications. My work includes overseeing digital ad campaigns, social media content, recruiting events marketing, supporting employees to become brand ambassadors, and so much more. The business' ever-changing, collaborative, and creative nature continuously leaves something to be learned. At my current company, Edwards Lifesciences, I partner with recruiters, manufacturers, engineers, and more as we develop content that will excite potential candidates to contribute to our work for structural surgical heart patients worldwide. The meaningful work we do as a company is a constant reminder that, no matter what, we are striving to make a difference.
