Tayla Heath

Tayla Heath has recently joined Trofeo Motorsport / Lamborghini Squadra Corse to contest the Australian GT Championship. Tayla joins the team with an already solid Motorsport background. From Go Karts to Production Car racing Tayla has put in the hours of track time as well as working part time from an early age help to fund and progress her passion for motorsport. In the highly competitive world of Go Karting racing, Tayla focused on results as a driver, not just her results as a female driver seeing her consistently in on track battles with the Australia’s rising stars of the sport. Some of the highlights of her driver record: · 3rd overall in the South Australian State Championships in both 2016 and 2017. · Competed in four out of five rounds of the National Karting Championship finishing 11th overall · First woman to qualify on the front row of an Australian title race. · First placed female for the season · 3 track records at Monarto, Bolivar and Swan Hil circuits making a serious 2019 saw Tayla make the switch to the Improved Production Series with more success to follow finishing 2rd in the South Australian Improved Production Outright Championship and 2nd in the under 2L Championship. Trofeo Motorsport brought Tayla on board in 2020 to campaign the Lamborghini Super Trofeo EVO in the Australian GT Trofeo Challenge Series.
