Tea Maria Mihaila

I began my design carreer in 2018, after completing my Communication Design program at Emily Carr & BCIT. During that time, I started working with a design-build firm in Vancouver to enhance their branding, website, and internal operations. That work experience was my gateway into freelancing full-time. I began collaborating with local businesses in various industries and developed my portfolio. I've had the pleasure of working with two design-build firms, a workplace mental health organization, a tech startup, multiple real estate professionals, and various local small businesses. Currently, I'm a graphic designer with a double-identity. Half of my time is spent working running Disignr Marketing, which focuses on helping Realtors and Developers in BC brand and market new development projects. The other half of my time is spent working on UX and UI projects. I collaborate with software companies and individuals who are building exciting new technology. My focus is designing interactions that are both user-friendly and beautiful. In everything I do, I have a desire for knowledge and continuous learning. I look forward to new challenges that can help me grow in my professional and personal life.
