I have in the last 10 years held the following positions: - Production Superintendent focusing on daily management of production activities with human resource compliment of 200 – Jan 2009 to July 2015 - Analysis and Improvement Superintendent responsible for the process control and improvements of the production line with 4 process specialists reporting to me - Aug 2015 – Jul 2017 - Processing Plant Manager in the same operation – Jul 2017 to July 2018 - Business Improvement Manager – Jul 2018 to date Now with this in mind and my technical & data driven inclination I believe I would be a great assert to your operation. My technical background and understanding of production and safety systems will come in very handy.
