Ted Grant Jr

My passion is working with CEOs and senior leaders across the private, philanthropic and social sectors to enhance their effectiveness in driving performance and transformational change. I have been doing this for decades both within organizations and in an advisory capacity with leading institutions across a broad range of industries around the world. My 25+ year career in the CEO’s office of JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor companies provided a unique opportunity to work side-by-side five successive CEO’s and multiple executive teams to lead the transformation of the financial services industry and build a truly great institution. From a similar platform at the one of the world’s great private philanthropies, The Rockefeller Foundation, I worked in tandem with the President and the senior leadership team to drive cutting edge innovations and transformations that strengthen economic systems and social well-being in some of the toughest places in the world. From these two very different contexts, I acquired deep insight and experience into executive leadership and organization performance. In 2014, I founded Sagamore Global Advisors (SAG) to provide a new platform for working directly with CEOs and executive teams of Fortune 500 companies and leading philanthropic institutions seeking to enhance performance and drive change. I have had the privilege of working with new CEO’s and leaders from some of the world’s great companies and social institutions at a very dynamic and challenging time in history.As part of my own portfolio career, I also serve as a Peer Advisor at LHH’s International Center for Executive Options (ICEO), one of the leading practices of its kind serving CEO and C-Suite Executives in transition.
