After retiring from Healthcare in 2001, Ted joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Palm Beach Association of Realtors. Complies with the strict Code of Ethics mandated by them and Coldwell Banker. Specializes in the listing, marketing and sales of waterfront condominiums as well as the listing, marketing and sales of country club properties, townhouses and single family homes. Covers the area of Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Prior to moving to Florida, Ted was a Financial Executive in the Healthcare Industry. During this period he bought and sold several real properties in Long Island and in Florida. After moving permanently to Florida several years ago, he became established in the Real Estate Industry and successfully serviced many customers from the Northern States as well as local and International residents.
