Ted Oladele

Ted leads the design team at Flutterwave. He joined Flutterwave in 2016 from Devcenter, where he worked with the brilliant team to create an enabling environment for developers and designers in Nigeria. As head of design at Flutterwave, he leads a talented team that specialises in Product Design, User Research, Brand and Marketing Design. He is a significant contributor in scaling the company from a little over 20,000 merchants to more than 200,000 merchants globally. He is passionate about all things design, simplicity, storytelling and creating a seamless experience for users and consumers across board. He has worked on products spanning Checkout, Barter, Merchant Dashboards and the company website, to name a few. Ted is a former front-end developer and brings that expertise into designing award-winning products for Flutterwave’s customers. He has previously spoken on prestigious world stages and events like Social Media Week, Code4Africa. He is passionate about all things design, simplicity, storytelling and creating a seamless experience for users and consumers across board.
