As part of global Procurement teams I’ve managed various commercial systems, software platforms, and hardware leasing portfolios while guiding peers or team members as they execute within the strategies I developed. Responsibilities have included guiding internal and external senior partners through the procurement process, RFP development, and strategic sourcing. I’ve worked with global, cross-functional teams of engineers and senior executives to conduct contract negotiations on multi-million dollar projects to create rationalized and preferred supply bases. I’ve also coordinated the activities of contract administrators as we assigned, transferred, or replaced agreements or software licenses impacted by acquiring or consolidating new business units.
