I am creative, enthusiastic and a team player. I like a challenge and to push myself, both at home and work life. I am passionate about perfecting my way of helping others.I firmly believe that we, as a society, have a responsibility for the vulnerable around us.In my post as a Service Manager ,I enjoy my work immensely and feel good when I can help somebody smile especially the Elderly and the vulnerable. I feel I have made a difference , no matter how big small to rebuild their self esteem and lead a satisfying, empowered life. I believe I have the experience of managing staff at all levels . I can confidently use my own initiative & work as part of a team. I am quite tactful with a proven ability to communicate well with a broad range of people and to engage and motivate supporters .Having born and raised up in Kenya and having an advantage of some popular Indian and Pakistani languages and Swahili has also helped me deliver some of the necessary objectives.My personal qualities include being Reliable,Honest, Loyal & punctual.
