Resourceful, reliable and results-oriented data enthusiast with 3 years of experience in software industry. As a recent graduate with Information Systems major I am seeking a role where I can apply my data skills and technical skills to provide efficient solutions to the business. As I say data skills, I’m skilled with working on different analytical tools and techniques such as Tableau, Rapid Miner and MS Excel including Pivot Tables, Scenario Manager, Goal-Seeker, Lookups, and also different predication and forecasting models. Courses like Business Intelligence and Financial Modelling that I’ve taken during my graduation helped me to enhance my analytical and problem solving abilities. Working on multiple projects helped me to have hands-on experience working with different languages like C, Java, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, and CSS. Apart from these, I’m proficient with gathering requirements from client and provide design documents such as use case models and system models. My experience taught me how to work on different technologies with different people having different cultures and effectively deliver the tasks within designated time. As a Graduate Assistant at Northwest, I assisted professors with course work, mentored over 60 students for Java and Cyber Security course. As an instructor, I developed my communication and presentation skills while answering student queries. I have had the chance to exhibit my creativity and smart work at Infosys while working as Oracle Apps Technical Consultant. I was exposed to work on different platforms for fixing application issues and handle break-fixes using tools like SQL Loader, Oracle Reports Builder, Toad and Putty etc. This experience taught what ‘Professionalism’ actually mean. I want to be a ‘People Person’ – work and help different people to deliver the best business. Therefore, I am looking for a position that is challenging, utilizes my experience and that gives me an opportunity to enhance my skills set.
