I have been in the Health Care Industry for 30 years. I have extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing and coding guidelines. Know billing rules for the UB04, 1500, 837I, 837P and 835 knowledge.Currently manage a team of 25 employees and the billing and collection of governmental plans. Extensive knowledge of Clearinghouse processing and knowledge of the Cerner Soarian application. I handle all CMS audits for my current employer as well as DSH audits and internal audits. I have been very successful with managing the Medicare Aging for our hospital billing we have achieved and sustained for more than 2 years an aging with less than 5% reaching 90 days old. I have been with my current employer for 23 years. I am a dedicated employee with the ability to learn quickly and create system processes that are successful.
