I am an HR professional with 15 years of experience primarily within the technology industry. I have worked across several disciplines including HR strategy, organizational development, coaching, leadership development, project management, employee relations, training and recruiting. I continually look for ways to challenge the status quo of traditional HR and actively live by my core values: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Perspective, and Authenticity. Throughout my career, I have discovered my passion for leadership development, career development, self development and thought leadership within the HR profession. Nothing energizes me more than bringing a group of professionals together to brainstorm, think outside the box, and do something amazing as a team!
