The fundamentals have been developed in individual contributor roles early in the career and later transformational sales leadership and change management roles in IBM and Cisco Systems. My roles have included responsibilities for example: account manager, partner manager, partner business development, volume business sales leader, channel business leader, brand manager, architect team leader, datacenter and cloud leader, sales director, channel and go-to-market director, carrying P&L responsibility, developing and executing transformation and go-to-market strategies. I have also developed account management models, KPI´s and most importantly developing top talent individuals and high performing teams. During my almost 15 years of corporate experience, I have a developed a true passion for creating, building & implementing international business & growth.
