With extensive experience of over 25 years at the leading Airlines, railway and service companies such as Emirates Airlines, Finnair and VR Group have provided me with a comprehensive experience and knowledge to build on robust strategies, superior customer experience with customer-centric processes, state-of-the-art technologies and operational excellence and efficiency while maintaining the right spirit and passion to execute. Currently, as VP Operations Long-haul Passenger Business at VR I have been involved in turnaround of the loss making passenger business to highly profitable one, planning and executing successfully large-scale cost-efficiency programs while fokusing highly on customer experience and staff spirit. Earlier as Business Development Manager for Emirates Airlines and Finnair at various departments (19994-2008) I got hands-on experience on strategy planning, business process re-engineering, customer experience and service enhancements, re-organisation work, resource and capacity optimization covering the key operational areas such as Airport Services, Cabin Services, Flight Crew Operations and Commercial activities.
