Our mission at HPA is to provide comprehensive psychological and integrative mental health services. We provide a wide range of evaluation services and both traditional and integrative therapies (including use of biofeedback, meditation, performance enhancement and cognitive rehabilitation techniques). Our neuropsychologists assess older children to older adults and conduct everything from IMPACT pre and post-concussion evaluations to ADHD screening for child and adults. They also conduct forensic evaluations as needed and provide diagnostic and/or functional assessments for the gamut of neurological issues. Our clinicians provide everything from cognitive behavioral therapy to humanistic/existential therapy, depending the practitioner. We also work with individuals, couples and families and some practitioners are fluent in English and Spanish. Our staff members are sensitive to and work effectively with many aspects of cultural diversity and with issues related to sexual orientation. Our intent to provide integrative services includes provision of biofeedback as needed, along with training in meditation techniques and use of or referral for a number of less traditional approaches. Our goal is to provide as wide a range of services as appropriate given our various areas of training.
