I have extensive back ground in benefits and understand compliance in regards to laws such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ADA, STD/LTD, FMLA, Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans, and state mandates that govern health care and retirement plans. I understand IRS Section 125 status changes that are allowed or not allowed during a plan year. I’ve been involved in Annual Enrollment projects yearly during my career.
