Gilmartins are a leading service provider and over the last 17 years we have built up a large base of satisfied clients, providing over 32,000 domestic properties with our complete range of building services. We work in partnership with several housing associations, local authorities, leading insurance companies and loss adjusters and private investors who rely on us for our quality service, rapid response times and the highest level of customer care. In the last year we have secured several long term contracts which include; a 10 year partnering agreement with Origin Housing, a 3 year insurance contract with Direct Line Group and a 5 year partnering agreement with Golden Lane Housing. In addition, we have recently won alongside Origin and echelon Consultancy the Housing Innovation Award for ‘Most Innovative Procurement Model 2013’. This will provide Origin tenants with a more efficient service in the future and allow us to deliver our repairs service more effectively. Finally our system provider Oneserve; which we have helped develop to suit our unique business processes, has just scooped the Housing Innovation Award for ‘Most Innovative IT System 2013’. Our business ethos is all about providing a personal service which helps deliver the highest levels of customer care; whilst at the same time constantly developing market leading systems and processes to create efficiency savings for our clients and a better customer experience.
