As a result, I’m well-versed in law firm operations and management with deep insight into key challenges like billing realization, client attraction and retention, and overall law firm efficiency. I am a huge believer in the transformational power of technology and its ability to provide better outcomes for legal professionals and their clients. As an overachiever by nature, I love working at a startup where I get to wear a million different hats. My role spans sales, marketing, PR, content writing, ghost writing, client success, product feedback – basically, everything but writing the actual code. I love trademarks and am strongly considering pursuing a JD in IP law.
