Eat. Sleep. Create. And not necessarily in that order! I love being creative and tackling DIY craft projects. Being creative and crafty is in my genes. My grandmother made quilts from scraps. When I was a little girl, I watched my grandmother and her friends create quilts during the summer. I was constantly picking thread pieces out of my hair and being called upon to thread their needles. They'd say "Young Eyes, come here and thread this needle." It wasn't until DECADES later when I created my first Mixed Media mini quilt that I realized that I had being paying attention and that I had "IT" - creativity.
