I'm a TV producer/ director and digital content expert. With a new focus on channel development, I'm launching a new business in the South West, StartPoint.tv, which will offer arts, entertainment and interactive content. About me: I was fortunate to build a career as a producer/ director at the BBC where I worked across many disciplines, from programme making to channel branding, network direction and creative services. I devised some of the very first examples of branded content in the UK for Red Bee Media and Twofour. I applied this experience to my role as BAFTA's very first Head of Comms, building their channel-led digital strategy and launching the now renowned, BAFTA Guru, for young professionals and students. As Director of Content for MediaCom, I teamed creative ideas and brands together to make great things happen and, from that role, I'm most proud of my work with the charity, Time to Change. In 2015 I joined the award-winning and socially aware creative team at Latimer as Exec Creative Director, delivering co-created strategy and content that involves the audience directly in the creative process. As CEO, I have teamed Latimer up with our new owners, Broadcast Systems Europe Ltd, so we can deliver channels of content via OTT, web, apps and digital conferencing.
