Thembeka Shezi’s Biography Thembeka Shezi worked in Post office as a teller and a dispatcher resolving issues/queries by fact finding the cause of queries, she provides additional or supplementary “backup, additional, completing, supplemental, extra, auxiliary, emergency, reserve, secondary, standby and increase“ service she provided to clients. She also worked in CCI providing customer service making sure she delivers satisfaction to client and also was moved to retention, retaining clients wishing to live the business. She is a single parent of two kids and a person who spends her free time at the gym. She is currently juggling between customer care contact center as she has never given a chance to show her skills under her profession, exercising her skills in interacting with different kind of people has grown through customer care call centers.
