I have worked in accounts receivable, accounts payable and invoicing and have developed a solid base in accounting as well as insight on how accountants and the information they develop is important in management decisions on how to use company resources effectively and efficiently. I was told by a several of my co-workers that my attention to detail and accuracy reduced accounts receivable turnover making their job collecting on receivables easier. I completed my Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy at ASU West in December 2008 and am looking forward to earning my CPA. As a distant future goal I would like to start my own freelance accounting service.
