Theresa Lee

Theresa J. Lee is an associate in Zuckerman Spaeder LLP’s New York office. Prior to joining the firm, ‎Ms. Lee was a law clerk to the Hon. Rosemary S. Pooler of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second ‎Circuit. She previously litigated with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and taught an ‎accompanying clinic at Yale Law School. Ms. Lee has held numerous positions in political organizations ‎and campaigns, including serving as a deputy voter protection director for a presidential campaign and ‎as a voting rights research fellow for the Democratic National Committee. ‎ Ms. Lee is a graduate of Yale Law School, where she was a research assistant to Prof. Heather ‎Gerken. She received an M.A. from the New School for Social Research and a B.A., summa cum ‎laude, from Fordham University.‎
