Theresa Morley

Theresa Morley has 30 years progressive experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant. Theresa started her career as a Chartered Accountant at Pim Goldby (now Deloitte) in Cape Town South Africa. Theresa worked on clients in the manufacturing, distribution, farming and small business sectors. Theresa moved to Toronto, Canada with her husband Stuart in January 1986 and began work at Deloitte Toronto. Theresa is qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and South Africa, is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has been a QuickBooks user since 1996. Theresa worked on clients in the manufacturing, retail, restaurant ,mining, telecommunications and small business sectors. Theresa has a very strong interest and knowledge of the issues facing independent business owners. She was brought up on a family farm in Zimababwe and from a very early age was involved in the family business. In 1988, the Morley family welcomed the birth of their daughter Clara followed shortly thereafter by Devin and Karl. During this time Theresa started her sole proprietorship and worked on small business clients.In 1996, Theresa and Stuart moved to Gravenhurst and Theresa began working for the Town of Huntsville as their Budget Officer.
