I enjoy training and mentoring individuals. I want to help develop future leaders within a wonderful organization. My background is in insurance and customer service, but I truly like working with people and improving their skills. I also love problem solving and negotiating. Perfect career would be working with children and helping adults develop skills to be successful in their lives as a whole. On a personal level my passion is outdoor running. Morning runs are the best but I also participate in organized 5k and 10k runs. I hope to run a 1/2 Marathon by the end of Summer 2015. Healthy living is key to success. My husband and children are the most important people in this earth to me and will always be first. My family is my best accomplishment.
