Thiago Barbosa da Silva

Currently working in the Node.Js ecossystem with the focus on the development of back-end aplications with TypeScript/JavaScript. As a developer my goal is to develop applications that can survive without me, and to do so I alway try to keep them clear, simple and well tested and well documented. I constantly catch myself looking at my code from another person's perspective, always trying to find pieces of the software that may look a bit strange to someone who isn't familiar with it and fix them in order to make the development experience as less frictional as possible. Even though my current focus is on the NodeJs ecossystem, I've worked with Java, Python and C# in the past. I've also developed front-end application with popular frameworks like Angular and Vue (but I don't feel confortable doing so). I have also studied, implemented and adapted to Continuous Integration cycles using Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Azure DevOps and Jenkins. I have intermediary experience with Docker and familiarity with AWS. Well experienced developing REST API's and Jobs since the start of my career.
