Head of innovation, digital and community building in web 3.0, bringing innovative marketing practices and experiences in the interaction of the world wide web within blockchain technology, with concepts of building community, immersive virtual environment, DEFI and token-based economy. BIO: More than 15 years of experience, a solid foundation in global brands and different disciplines in the communication industry, working with Digital Strategy ATL, BTL, CRM, Startup Builder and Business Development. In 2015, I started my international career as a startup founder, HAUSH, in Sydney (Austrália), a startup that connects student and travellers with accommodation and later pivoted to accommodation and work, making the exchange experience more, social, secure and collaborative. In 2018, HAUSH became a member of memates pty, company holder of other companies in the industries such as construction, sports aid and Film producer. In 2020, I got stuck in Brazil with the flight stoppage due to COVID19 without any schedule to return to Australia, I started Deeper Inova, a startup that introduces innovative experiences with focus on the ESG revolution to innovate in culture, processes and technology in a structured and dynamic way, against the greenwashing! In 2021 I joined the blockchain innovation hub Sthorm, acting as head of marketing in social impact startups based on DESCI, DEFI and token based economics concepts. Awards: Manager of the startup project Speaking exchange developed for CNA Language School, success case in innovation and digital strategy, the most awarded in Cannes lions Festival 2014 and important awards around the world such as Clio Awards, CCSP, Maximídia, LIA 2014 (London International Awards), El Ojo Iberoamerica, Prêmio Lusos 2014, Cristal Festival 2014, Caples Awards, Renato Castelo Branco award. Awarded in Cannes lions 2015 with Speaking Exchange project as professional of the year 2015 in Innovation and operations, awarded the title Young Lions 2015 and representing the Brazilian delegation at the festival.
