My area of special expertise is working with local, state, and federal agencies in regard to regulations, ordinances, environmental and other regulatory policies that affect the permitting, design, and construction on both public and private projects. In addition, I have extensive experience in the formation of Local Improvement Districts and Right-of-Way management (including street vacations, access easements, encroachment permits, and franchises).
