With my deep believe in the value of cooperation, in combination with my proven Conflict Management skills, I am building a strong relation to all internal and external project stakeholders As a Program/Project Manager I was owning the complete end to end project management accountability in presales support, initialization, design-implementation-testing, production taking and post production services. I am used to report Progress, Risk and Budget-Status to Senior Management / Vice-President level, both internal and into the customer organization. By combining my strength to lead multinational, multicultural and multifunctional teams to high efficiency and my solid project methodology background, I enable the teams to successfully deliver high value project results to our customers. Leading APAC Project Management Office within a Global Organization. I am hands on coaching and mentoring Project Managers, Developer Teams and Customer Teams in Scrum and LeSS.
