Mr. Bondor has over sixteen years of strategic, transactional and operational experience, including enterprise valuation, credit and risk analysis, project and structured finance, debt structuring, and M&A, serving financial services and infrastructure clients in both the public and private sectors. His principal responsibilities at JLL include advising clients on project financial structuring, risk analysis, and credit underwriting. His expertise lies in the assessment of a project's key credit characteristics under complex financing structures, the development of financial plans, financial modeling, and the structuring and negotiation of financial terms. • Investment Banking & Project Finance: Proven leadership in energy, infrastructure, transportation, and water sector project finance and M&A; structuring and executing complex asset-backed securitizations and project finance deals, developing valuation methodologies, portfolio management and analysis, institutional financial advisory services. • Venture Capital, Start-Up and Growth Business: Expertise in the development and execution of strategic plans and budgets for start-up and high growth businesses.
