Thomas Dillig, PhD

I am an expert in Computer Science, AI, Cyber Security, Software and IT Project Management. My passions is applying these skills to generate business outcomes for our clients though my new company Blu Sphinx. I started my career in academia as a professor in Computer Science, doing research on AI and computer security, in Virginia, at UCL in London, and the University of Texas at Austin. While writing papers and presenting his results at scientific conferences across the world, I realized the gap between state-of-the-art research and real-world companies, especially outside the high tech and start-up sector. After that, I decided to join forces with Aurelie Beaumel and created the consulting firm BIG EXPERTS. For five years, we helped large organizations in the business, military and academic sectors address the challenges they face when leveraging new software technology and data. Aurelie and I are now the co-founders of Blu Sphinx, a new technology venture supported by the National Science Foundation to develop a new breed of ERP for small and medium-sized businesses.
